We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the enhanced comfort and quality services provided here. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, making our stay truly memorable. Special regards to Ms. April, Ms. Twinkle, Ms. Alice, Mr. Kenneth, and everyone else at the reception and lobby who went above and beyond to assist us. The professional and caring General Manager, Mr. Synge, ensured that our stay was nothing short of pleasant. The hotel's location is perfect, especially if you're attending an exhibition nearby or visiting the nearby Hongqiao airport. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with a kitchenette where we could enjoy cooking our own food. A mall and supermarket are conveniently located behind the property, making it easy to purchase groceries.

Big rooms with comfortable beds combine with a kitchenette to create a nice homey feeling. the hotel's location is near a mall with a supermarket and a shop across the road to buy fresh fruits and groceries. It is easy to get settled and feel like you're living Shanghai style.

The hotel lacked sufficient staff, making the services subpar. the cleaning staff did a half-hearted job of making up the bed and didn't clean the floors or tables.
